Ministry In Kenya
I was contacted by Bishop Chris Luswetti and invited to speak at a 4 day Pastors & Christian Leaders Conference in Eldoret, Kenya in October 2012. Amy & I prayed and sought God’s direction. Little did we know that this was the beginning of God’s Great Plan of Ministry for us in East Africa.
I will always remember the four flights, the 24 plus hour trip to Kenya and when I first set my foot on African soil. I walked out of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi into the dark Africa night. I was in a place in life I’d never been yet I felt the deep peace of God overshadow me. I knew God’s hand was upon me and His Holy Spirit was leading me.
I boarded a domestic flight for Eldoret, Kenya two days later. We landed at the small Eldoret Airport, I collected my luggage and walked through the gate to a waiting group of African leaders. They greeted me and officially welcomed me to Africa. I felt a kindred spirit from the beginning

Amy & her mom Diane Schools arriving at the church in 2012 and taking time to talk to a few of the children.
Amy and her mother joined me a couple of days later. The Conference went well with approximately 150 pastors and leaders from across Kenya attending.

2012 – Word of Life Harvest Church where our first Pastors & Leaders Training Conference was held in Eldoret.

2014 – I taught Personal Evangelism in an earlier conference. The church experienced tremendous growth by winning many to Christ and this 50×100 foot building replaced the tent church in which we held our 2012&13 conferences.
The Kenya Ministry expanded to Kisumu, Kenya and Pastor James Samo as been my host and good friend for many years now.
The ministry across East Africa has impacted over 4,000 churches (their statistics) and seen several hundred souls come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
